THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS IN A LIBRARY
(to the tune of The Twelve Days of Christmas) by Shelly Cox.

On the first day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me my very own book truck.

On the second day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the third day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the fourth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the fifth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the sixth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the seventh day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the eighth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me eight encyclopedias, seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book, cards and my very own book truck.

On the ninth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me nine bibliographies, eight encyclopedias, seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the tenth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me ten books to shelve, nine bibliographies, eight encyclopedias, seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me eleven dictionaries, ten books to shelve, nine bibliographies, eight encyclopedias, seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.

On the twelfth day of Christmas my Librarian gave to me twelve overdue books, eleven dictionaries, ten books to shelve, nine bibliographies, eight encyclopedias, seven periodicals, six shelves to read, “Faith, Hope and Love,” four books to process, three ink pads, two book cards and my very own book truck.
